Tea Board's Participation at Tea & Coffee Exhibition at Astana, Kazakhstan

Tea Board of India had organized an India pavilion at the 2nd Tea, Coffee & Cocoa Exhibition at Astana, Kazakhstan from 14-16 May 2012. Six leading exporters from India participated in the pavilion comprising of total area of 72sqm. The Board was represented by Shri M G V K Bhanu, Chairman and Shri Satrajit Banerjee, Deputy Director Tea Promotion. In the inauguration of the exhibition local government dignitaries and embassy officials from India and Russia were present. The inaugural speech was delivered by Shri M G V K Bhanu, Chairman Tea Board. The Indian Pavilion received overwhelming response from local industry and consumers. It was covered by local print and electronic media with interview of Shri M G V K Bhanu, Chairman Tea Board.
